For centuries, it has sat in stone mortars on kitchen shelves, bringing bold, soulful flavour to everything from simple dals to festive feasts. It has always been the mountain's quiet secret. We started The Himalayan Pinch because we believed that secret deserved to be shared. Our journey began with a simple question: why should an ingredient this extraordinary remain unknown outside the hills? Pisyun Loon isn't just salt it's mineral-rich, naturally crafted, and bursting with a depth of flavour that ordinary seasoning simply can't match. And yet, most of India had never even heard of it. So we set out to change that. Every pouch of The Himalayan Pinch is handcrafted in small batches, using mineral-rich Himalayan rock salt blended with carefully selected natural spices. No artificial additives. No shortcuts. No compromise. Just the same pure, honest seasoning that the mountains have always offered.
