Our products are shipped from Delhi NCR, India and it takes us 3 to 8 working days to deliver goods to your doorstep. However, average shipping time is 5 working days. Timelines may vary due to unforeseeable circumstances.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

ORDER CANCELLATION

After an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and the return policy is applicable.

PINCODE SERVICEABILITY

If you think your pincode may not be serviceable by most delivery partners, you can call us at 8882388364 and we will check if we can deliver our products to you.

ORDER TRACKING

You will receive messages on your registered mobile number and email about the status of your order. You can also check it on our website under "My Order" section. Once you place an order, you will receive a message about order confirmation, expected delivery date, and a tracking link.

RETURNS

If the received product is damaged/defective, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt. We may ask you to share a snapshot at info.thehimalayanpinch@gmail.com.
